Questions
Is Blocks free?
Yes. Everything except the in-app assistant is free, with no trial period and no card. The assistant runs on prepaid credits: 300 come with every new account, 300 more when you first connect a data source, and packs start at $10.99.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credits are bought once, in packs, and there is nothing that renews.
Does using Blocks inside Claude cost credits?
No. Add https://blocks.zone/api/mcp as a connector in Claude or any MCP client and your own AI reads your calendar, rides and readiness and plans your week. That spends no Blocks credits; your AI subscription is your own.
What do credits pay for?
The AI work of the in-app assistant: answering questions about your training, building and adjusting your plan, and reviewing sessions against sourced sports science. Longer work, such as a full ride review or a multi-week plan, uses more credits than a quick question.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Credits do not expire. Spent credits are not refundable; the value of an unspent balance is, on request to m@blocks.zone from your account's email.
